Library Aide (part-time) – Chetek, WI

Calhoun Memorial Library in Chetek is accepting applications for the position of Library Aide. This is a 14-18 hour a week job, including occasional evenings and alternating Saturdays. We are looking for an avid reader with a passion for good public service and an ability to turn creative ideas into action.

As of right now we have 77 stories collected from 53 libraries. I’d love to bring an even hundred to Library Legislative Day, so keep entering those stories and promoting the online form.

Communication, Culture and Teamwork grant (Feb 4 application deadline)

Based on many conversations with library directors in our system, we have identified a need for help with workplace communication, culture, and teamwork in libraries.  This project is an attempt to address that need.
